Doesn't support send frame on Wireless Adapter?

Jul 29, 2013 at 10:36 AM
I have updated the Winpcap to 4.1.3, and the wireless adapter now can be displayed. but when I tried to send frames on wireless adapter, I can't see the frame transmitted, the stats on Adapter did not increased. But with the same code on normal ethernet adapter, it works.

Anyone knows the reason? is this a WinPcap issue?

Hi dozenhsu,

Sounds like a WinPcap issue.
Are you sure what you're trying to do is supported by WinPcap and that there's no need for AirPcap to do that?
I'm not sure i the problem is with the sending or receiving but if you don't get an error from Pcap.Net it's probably a WinPcap issue.

BTW, you mentioned AirPcap, is it dedictated for wireless?
